Shipping

We are committed to speedy shipping!! Your purchase will be shipped via US postal service with delivery confirmation. The delivery confirmation/tracking number will be emailed to you shortly after your package has shipped. Please keep in mind that sometimes this automated email goes into spam or junk files, so check there if you don't see the email in your inbox.

COMBINED SHIPPING? Absolutely!! Many of our items already qualify for free domestic shipping.  If you purchase 2 or more items, you will also receive free shipping for both items provided they are shipped to the same address in the same package and are paid for at the same time.

International Buyers: Please email us for a shipping quote as the shipping rate listed on this auction is the rate within the U.S only. If you would like to purchase multiple items, please email us with the item titles or numbers and we will weigh them together and give you a correct combined international shipping total. We ship internationally via the US Postal Service Priority Mail International WITH INSURANCE.  Although it is a bit cheaper, we do not ship via First Class due to the fact that packages sent this way cannot be insured.   Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.  These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.  Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges!  We cannot mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts as US and International government regulations prohibit this.

Terms of Sale

We are happy to accept returns of merchandise that has no evidence of wear.  The item must be returned in new condition with all tags and hangtags attached.  Footwear must be returned inside of the original shoe or boot box and then also enclosed in a larger appropriate-sized corrugated shipping box.  (In other words, please do not use the shoe/boot box as the shipping box.)  If you have retained the box we have shipped the item in, you may certainly just reuse our shipping box for the return.  Once the item has arrived back to us, we will inspect the item and then issue the refund via PayPal.  We are happy to tell you that we do NOT charge a restocking fee for returns as some sellers do!  :-)
