However, as with all pre-owned automobiles, the condition is subjective, and we recommend that the potential buyer fly out to inspect, as well as test drive any of our vehicles before finalizing their purchase. If it is not feasible for you to personally perform an inspection, we will gladly help facilitate an inspection by an independent service center of your choice and will make delivery arrangements of the vehicle for this purpose. All vehicles are sold in “AS IS” condition. Please be advised that no verbal statements concerning any vehicle constitutes a representation or warranty of said vehicle. Our goal is to provide you with the best service and buying experience as possible. All purchases include an additional $385 processing fee which covers the processing of paperwork, pre-vehicle delivery costs, FedEx shipping fees, and a fresh oil/filter change. (ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be aware that you will be responsible for the Federal Reserve fee(s) charged for all incoming wires).

In regards to winning bidders and Buy It Now customers: All winning bidders and Buy It Now bidders are encouraged to fly out and personally inspect the vehicle. If you deem the vehicle is not as represented upon personal inspection, we will not only refund your deposit, but will also reimburse your airfare at the cost of a coach ticket. Feedback must be left at the time of delivery upon final inspection.

Pertaining to non-eBay winners: Anyone who has provided a deposit but whose purchase is still pending, please note that said vehicle will not be held and is subject to being sold at any time until all contingencies are removed and the purchase order is signed.

The advertised mileage represents the displayed miles when the car was posted online. Most states, including Missouri mandates that all vehicles over 10 years of age are marked on the title as mileage exempt (with an asterisk on the title) and are sold as such.

1. ???Deposit- A $2,000 deposit must made by the purchaser within 24 hours of the auctions close. Deposits can be made by calling (618)791-4020 during hours of business. Buyer agrees to fund remaining balance due within 3 business days of the close of auction. If the car is not as represented upon your personal inspection here in St. Louis, your deposit will be promptly refunded.
2. ???Payment- Certified Check, Cashier Check, Personal Check (must clear bank before delivery), or Wire Transfer. The vehicle must be paid in full before the buyer takes delivery or ships the vehicle. International Buyers: Please be aware that you will be responsible for the Federal Reserve fee(s) charged for all incoming wires.
3. ???Tax and Title- Missouri residents are responsible for taxes, licensing, and plate fees in your county as assessed by the state. All other purchasers are responsible for title, tax, and other fee's as are assessed in their area.
4. ???Trades- Trade-in vehicles are accepted and encouraged. All trade-ins must be delivered to our facility before taking delivery of your purchase and the buyer is responsible for all transportation charges.
5. ???Purchasers Inspection- We have made every effort to accurately describe this vehicle and disclose any information known. We welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection. Buyer is responsible for inspection fees. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have satisfied him/herself with the vehicles condition and not to rely on anything other than their personal inspection.
6. ???Contingencies- To non-eBay purchasers, anyone with a deposit but the sale is contingent on financing, 3rd party inspection, or any other contingency, the vehicle will not be held and is subject to be sold at any time, until all contingencies are removed and confirmation has been given in the form of a signed purchase agreement.
7. ???Shipping- The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. If you have questions about shipping your purchase or trade-in please contact us and we will happily assist you in locating a company that can facilitate the transportation. We assume no responsibility for damage that occurs while in transport.
8. ???Administrative Fee- The only fee associated with the sale is a $385 administrative fee which is charged to ALL retail customers and covers title transfer, holding costs, vehicle preparation, overnight documentation delivery (where applicable), and fresh oil/filter change.

State or local taxes, title, license fee, processing fees, registration fee, dealer documentary fee, finance charges, emission testing fees, and compliance fees are additional to the advertised price. All purchasers are responsible for tax, title, inspections, licensing, and other associated costs in their respective areas of residence. PPW Motorcars does not collect tax or provide licensing services. You will receive the vehicle, bill of sale, and registration papers to license in your home area.
