Good used shape. I pulled this Getrag 262 4-speed apart to see if it was still good, and I was surprised at how nice everything looks inside. This part is marked "262024100 225 21".

According to BMW, this part will also fit the later 265 and 260 five-speed gearboxes as well. Please cross-check to be sure.
