We are an authorised vehicle depollution centre & dismantler of end of life vehicles

Delivery (UK Mainland)

We offer free next working day delivery, if ordered and paid for by 12pm. If you order & pay after 12pm your item will then be despatched the following day, for delivery to you the day after that.

This item will be delivered by our courier DX, and you will be notified via your eBay email address. (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or ANY offshore UK address will be liable for extra delivery charges)

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address, as a failed delivery will mean you will incur a redelivery charge.

Redelivery charges will need to be paid before the redelivery is made.

Delivery of Pallets

All engines will be sent on a pallet.

Only extra large gearboxes will be sent on a pallet and if many large items have been bought by one customer.

A good, even surface is necessary to unload a pallet, and it may not be possible to deliver on a slope. Please check with us first if you are unsure.

Collection

If you plan to collect your order from our warehouse, please contact us first to arrange a suitable time. Please be on time and let us know in advance, if you need to rearrange. This enables us to have your order ready and ensures that we are available when you arrive.

Returns

All orders are covered by our 30 day returns guarantee. If you wish to return an unused item, please let us know within 30 days of delivery.

Once we have been notified, please return the item to us within 14 days for a full refund. To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition as when delivered.

Whenever we instruct a courier to collect an item from you, please ensure that it is adequately packed and available for collection.

Failed collection attempts will incur a 12 charge, which will be deducted from the total refund.

Regarding pallet returns, items must be either bagged or wrapped (no parts exposed), and in some way secured to the pallet for safety during transit.
