DINITROL 582 is a transparent, fast drying cleaner for very dirty surfaces(glass, ceramic-frit, metal, plastics).DINITROL 582 effortlessly removes dust, fingerprints or oil residues which often cause problems when bonding. DINITROL 582 can also be used for de-greasing of metal surfaces.
Clean, non-lipid and by DINITROL 582 pretreated dry surfaces are a precondition for a correct adhesion of the DINITROL bonding system.

Application:
The cleaning process with DINITROL 582 should be done properly with a suitable lint-free cloth or paperliner. If necessary this process must be repeated. Before further processing, for example with DINITROL 538 plus or DINITROL Activator plus, the cleaned surfaces must be well vented.
This product is suitable for professional experienced users only. To ensure the adhesion and material compatibility outside of the windshield replacements of vehicles, preliminary tests must be done.

Characteristics:
Ideal cleaning agent for the removal of dirty surfaces on glasses, ceramic layers, paints, metals but also for plastics. The compatibility should be tested before use on plastics and other critical surfaces.
