These are in good shape. The diary has a little bit of grime/foxing inside the covers, but not bad. No marks inside! The Games set looks very nice. The box is a little squashed but good shape, ribbons still attached. I believe this set is complete. It contains the Rules and Directions book (very good condition), the ad mailer, the 2-sided game board, 12 un-torn sheets of cards for "What D'ye Buy" and the un-torn card with pieces for Mansion of Happiness and Get in the Scrap. Very nice looking set.
