The size is suitable for most person. For the sepcial requires, please let us kown by message.
2/Maybe, your ears' fur is unkempt for the shipping. Please don't worry about it. It can be adjusted well by comb gently.
3/It is normal that the fur is drop slightly.
4/It can't be washed by water. It can be bruch gently by wood comb.
5/For custom made hair hoop, please send picture to us for confirmation of making and cost before ordering.

the different of the two ears: the line of ears' side one is thin, one is thick.
