This is a fabulous Frances & Yale Design from Wellman Fabrics. Dated 1983. It is a polished cotton and when I do the iron test, I am not seeing a lot of shrinking but I do note there is just a small hint of polyester in the fiber (I could be wrong and it's all cotton and the polished finish is just throwing me off).
