We offer a 100% refund if the customer mistakenly bought the item and contact us immediately, order will be cancelled, and full charge returned.

However, we only offer 70% refund of the full price paid(shipping and return costs not included) if the customer mistakenly bought the item and did not check part number and visual part competence prior to the purchasing and failed to contact us.
