Shipping Info
- Dispatch within 1 working day from Cheshire (within working hours). We book collections for our parcels so please bear in mind that if you purchase after business hours, your item will be booked for collection the following day and picked up the day after.
- UK delivery via your chosen Royal Mail service.
- We will combine postage where possible, message us before purchasing to request this. This may not be available for bulky or heavy items.
- If you have any special requests for delivery, please ensure to contact us before purchasing.
- Eco-packaging: we reuse clean materials where we can.
Returns Policy
- No Returns Accepted. We're not able to accommodate returns unless policy dictates that we must. For example, If we’ve made an error or the item is not as described - we’ll make it right no questions asked.
- Items must be returned in the same condition received (unworn/unused, tags/labels intact where applicable).
- Refund issued within 2 working days of receiving the item back in the same condition.
- We always take additional photos of our items which we do not put in listings. These are commonly serial numbers, tags, labels or generally more detailed photos. Particularly with higher value items, we also take videos showing the box, the packaging and us sealing the items with uniquely signed labels. This is all to avoid potential abuses of eBay's return policy - in the event of any abuse or attempted fraud - buyers will be reported.
Offers
- We encourage buyers to send offers - we'll tell you right away if it's something we can work with.
- As a general rule, the more attention/watchers an item gets - the less likely we are to accept offers. If you're interested, to avoid disappointment - get in there first.
- If you find a better price online, please tell us the site/listing so we can investigate - we may well be able to beat it!
- If we have removed the option to send offers, it's likely we will reduce the price no further nor accept offers via private message.
- Finally two hard rules:
- While we're happy to negotiate, we're not going to counter offers which we regard as "lowballing" (e.g. more than 40% reduction from the listed price without good reason). These offers are a waste of our time and yours. These will be declined and continued "lowball" offers may result in being blocked from our shop entirely.
- We do not respond to any questions which paraphrase "what's the lowest you will take?". If roles were reversed, I'm sure you wouldn't respond if we asked "what's the most you will pay?". This is not negotiating.
Feedback
- We and the wider eBay community value actual feedback rather than the automated ones eBay leaves if you choose not to leave one. It helps us grow and improve and allows the community to make informed decisions when thinking of buying from us. While eBay does not allow us to promise anything in return for feedback - we do keep track of who has left some and who hasn't hint hint
- Negative/neutral feedback - unfortunately, we've had to add this section as we've had our first negative feedback and the buyer gave us no opportunity to discuss beforehand/resolve the situation - they simply left it to damage our reputation. If you leave negative feedback without giving us the opportunity to fix the situation - you will be blocked from our shop and you may have to complete any returns/refunds through eBay disputes. We appreciate there are sometimes reasons for disappointment but please - contact us first as we will always go above and beyond to make things right if we're at fault.
