Item Description/Specifications

• This monitor is new old stock! No graphical glitches or artifacts! There are only a couple minor cosmetic scuff marks on the casing. It even still has the original instructions sticker on the screen. It had the rubber band and foam around the VGA cable at first, but the original rubber band snapped almost instantly because it was so old, so I replaced it. I will also include a brand new Dell power cable with this purchase.

• Item will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage by default. Shipping cost is calculated by the distance between seller and buyer.
  
• If the final shipping price is less than what is paid, I will manually refund the difference after printing the shipping label.
  
• Item will generally be shipped within 1 business day of full payment being cleared. Ordering on a weekend (or over holidays) may result in delays. USPS observes federal United States holidays, such as Columbus Day.

Return policies

• Item may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Buyer pays for return shipping, unless item is defective.
