DISPATCH / DELIVERY (United Kingdom)

Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, are all included with no extra charge.

Items will be well packaged and sent on a tracked/signed service. I use a range of couriers, including but not limited to; Royal-Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, UPS, DPD, and Ervi.

If you require a specific courier or service to be used this can usually be accommodated, however there may be an additional charge if the service is significantly more expensive. Contact me before purchasing to check availability.

If you need an express dispatch/delivery it can usually be arranged providing I’m around to deal with it. In some cases it will be possible without any additional charge, in other cases there will need to be an additional charge. Contact me before purchasing to check availability.

Typically items should arrive around/within the estimated date. The tracking link will be sent to you after the item is dispatched, with the option to change the delivery date usually being available if needed.

Please bear in mind that I cannot control the postage system after parcels are dispatched, parcels may occasionally get delayed while in transit.

I will only send items to the address listed on the eBay order. If you require the item to be sent to a different address, the order must be cancelled and the item must be re-purchased, with the correct address listed upon the new order.


COLLECTION (United Kingdom)

You are welcome to collect items providing the collection code is available to be scanned/entered upon collection. If the collection code isn’t available then the item will not be released, no exceptions. For high value items I may also require photo identification, of which a copy will be retained for fraud purposes.


DISPATCH / DELIVERY (International)

International shipping is available on some items, strictly via the eBay global shipping program (eBay international shipping EIS). I don’t always enable it by default, so if it’s not showing as available to your territory, please contact me and I’ll check availability.

Please bear in mind that once parcels reach the UK GSP distribution centre they are in eBay’s hands. I am not responsible for the shipping or packaging after this point. Usually they just forward the package, but in some cases they do re-pack items.


RETURNS / WARRANTY

This item does not come with an optional returns policy, you cannot just change your mind. It’s my choice, it’s clearly stated on the listing, please respect that.

If you feel that an item has been misrepresented or miss-described then reach out to me, a conversation can be had, and a return may be accepted at my discretion.

This item comes with 60 days warranty from the date of receipt. If the item develops a genuine fault then I will replace it with an equal or greater item. If a replacement cannot be provided or agreed upon, then I will issue a refund. All shipping costs will also be covered.

Fabricated faults or deliberate damage will not be tolerated, nor will faults created because you have misused and broken an item. Returns must follow a specific returns process, and where necessary will undergo a misuse assessment. You will receive a returns form with each purchase to help with this.

If the item has been damaged during shipping then of course this can be sorted out. Please report it, with detailed photos of both the item and the packaging, within 7 days of receipt. Please also keep the packaging, as it may be required to make a claim.


FRAUD NOTES

Serial numbers are recorded and items are security marked. Tamper proof seals are added to prevent unregistered part stripping and access to internal components.

The entire packaging and dispatch process is filmed from start to finish, thus giving concrete evidence of what was sent. Item's are filmed while being packaged and then continue to be filmed while being placed into a dispatch area. The dispatch area is then filmed 24/7, also showing the item being collected and scanned.

All returns are filmed giving concrete evidence of what has been returned. Returns are accepted through the aforementioned dispatch/intake area, which means the camera is rolling 24/7 and the package is filmed while being delivered/accepted, it’s then opened immediately in situ and checked. If the item differs in anyway from what was sent, or if any tamper proof seals are broken, eBay will be contacted and the return will be will be refused.

All requirements in this listing go some-way to helping me protect myself against scammers and fraud, if you are a genuine person with noting to hide then I'm sure you can appreciate this.
