From 1975 certificate given by the Navy for passing over the equator frames and measures 23”w by 18”h

Some of the laminate backing on the frame is seperating

From the wood and there’s a hairline crack or 2 on the front plastic sheet covering the certificate-found cleaning out an old house I recently purchased.
