I have a rare Vintage Glass Encased Emblem of the Texarkana Business & Professional Women's Club dated  1939, along with a slogan. This is a rare piece, could be used as a paperweight too.  Preowned, the underside has some lining to it that has wear spots in it, some scratches to the glass but no chips or cracks, see photos and ask if you have questions.
