Midcentury TELLU Studio Art Pottery England Figural Bird Sculpture
Terrific vintage modernist studio art pottery bird figurine, 7.25” tall, 4.25” long, and 5.5” wide. Signed Tellu and previous owner related this was purchased and and made in England United Kingdom. Fresh from a fine old Denver estate, and offered with No Reserve.
Condition is very good to overall with a missing toe/claw, and firing flaw near front base, and some flakes to edge of tail, showing light handling and use with no chips, cracks, repairs, or other damage.
