VTG Colorful, Scrappy 9-Patch Chain Quilt 87338   This listing is for a vintage colorful, scrappy 9-Patch Chain quilt. Judging by the fabrics used, I would estimate the quilt to be from the 1930's. The quilt measures approximately 76" X 86". The 9-Patch blocks are approximately 6" square and are set on point, giiving a chain design to the pattern. The quilt is previously owned. The pastel fabrics are print and solids. The fabrics appear to be cotton. The blocks appear to have been assembled by hand. The quilting was done by hand. Quilting stitches average 14 stitches per inch, counting both the top and bottom stitches. There are a few very small, light age spots that I have not tried to clean. The quilt appearss to be unlaundered. The light pencil quiltig lines are visible in some areas. This pretty quilt would make an excellent addition to your collection. I appreciate that buyers would like to buy for the best price possible, but half-price offers are never considered or acknowledged. Thanks for understanding.

Items can only be mailed to the address shown on the payment. This is a non-smoking home; however, most of my items are antique or vintage and have been purchased at estate sales and auctions.  I'm sorry, but I am not aware of how the item has been stored or used before I received it.  I frequently get asked about odors.  I have a fairly "sensitive" nose -- if an item has a disagreeable fragrance, that information will be included in the description. Ebay automatically adds sales tax when they deem it is appropriate -- I have no control over it. I try very hard to please all of my buyers.  Please understand that delivery times and the cost of shipping are beyond my control.  These are controlled entirely by the Post Office, UPS, and FedEx.  Your rating will be for me, not one of these agencies.
