The birdhouse is 8-3/4" tall with a 3-5/8" wide base.  The sides extend up to the 4-1/2" wide center and then curve back in to the top

The birdhouse is one piece.  The bottom part looks like the cone part of an ice cream cone with a raised waffle design.  The top is solid white with a curl at the top that is actually the hanger.  VANILLA is printed across the smooth center part of the cone.  There is a 1-1/4" wide opening in the front of the cone.  

The bottom of the cone has four small openings for ventilation.  The center has a larger opening that is closed by a white rubber plug.

The bottom is stamped as seen
