top celluloid (maybe) emblem set in die cut copper with US and what looks like a version of Quebec flag. 
beaver underneath flags. 

celluloid rectangular piece that says Membre

then metallic logo piece as shown. 

red white blue striped ribbon says, "Conseil Labelle No. 302 U.S.J.B.A Constable NY"

back ribbon is black and silver and says, "In Memoriam" then two hands shaking, then "Conseil Labelle No. 302 U.S.J.B.A Constable NY"

the two ribbons are attached to each other. 

makers label tag still attached between the two ribbons JA Jacques Worcester Massachusetts. 

measures about 8.75 inches tall and about 3 inches at top/at widest. 

there is toning to the silks. toning to celluloid. 
patina and oxidation to the metal thread tassel fringe. some verdigris. some of the tassel fringe looks a little crunched. but overall expected for something of this age.
