This is a postcard that was released in the 1999A postcard set. It features Pokemon canoening through a river. The illustration is done by the outstanding Keiko Fukuyama, who has done several sets of postcards in this style.

The postcard is in good condition. It has some edgewear and surface scratches and light denting. But it presents very well still, especially in a frame. Please read the entire description for all details. ^-^
