This is a Neopets plush from the Kruidvat promotional campaign from 2007 in the Netherlands. This promotion had an exclusive line of keychain plushies and a cardset that you could collect by purchasing something at the store chain. Some of the plushies even have an exclusive colour pattern not released in other parts of the world.
