The item was pulled from a Superior TV-11 Vacuum tube tester manufactured after 1951.  The TV-11 was superseded by the TV-12 in 1955. The tester was disassembled and was missing parts that could not be replaced so it was parted out.  Scroll is in good operating condition but does have a repair along a 2" edge section.  See picture to see tape installed.  Scroll still works fine, is completely readable and is invaluable to a tester.  Supplement information is available online for later model tubes.  See my other listings for the meter, control board and 10 gang selector switch.
