This pendant features a 3/4-inch fossil snaggletooth shark (Hemipristis serra) tooth, sourced from a legacy collection of Miocene-Pliocene specimens. This compact size makes it ideal for younger collectors or those preferring subtle, everyday wear pieces.

Snaggletooth sharks earned their name from their distinctive hooked upper teeth, perfectly adapted for gripping slippery prey. These prehistoric predators, closely related to modern weasel sharks, patrolled warm coastal waters 5-15 million years ago.
