By purchasing from Wingdom.USA, you agree to these terms, which are designed to ensure fairness, safety, and hygiene for all parties. We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet these conditions, and repeated misuse may result in account restrictions via eBay. All disputes will be resolved through eBay's resolution process or, if necessary, binding arbitration under the laws of the United States (governing jurisdiction: California), waiving the right to class action lawsuits or jury trials. This policy protects Wingdom.USA from fraudulent or abusive returns and limits liability for incidental damages.

**Important Note Before Purchasing:** Please review product descriptions, images, specifications, and Q&A sections carefully. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or personal preference changes. All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing.

#### 1. **Return Window**
- Most items are eligible for return **within 14 days** of delivery confirmation (as tracked by eBay).
- Exceptions:
  - **7 days** for electronics, software, or powered devices (e.g., chargers, cables).
  - **No returns** for items marked as "Final Sale," "As-Is," or non-returnable (see Section 2 below).
- Return requests must be initiated via eBay's "Return this item" feature and approved by Wingdom.USA within 2 business days. Late requests will be denied, and eBay may close any unauthorized cases in our favor.

#### 2. **Non-Returnable Items**
To prioritize customer safety, product hygiene, and to prevent health risks or contamination (in line with eBay's guidelines on restricted items), the following categories are **strictly non-returnable**. This includes all opened, used, or unsealed items in these groups. Wingdom.USA will not accept returns for these, and any attempt to return them may result in denial, restocking fees, or eBay-reported abuse. If a manufacturing defect is proven (with clear photo/video evidence submitted within 48 hours of receipt), we may offer a partial refund or replacement at our discretion, but you bear all shipping costs and risks.

- **Health and Personal Care Products:** Medications (prescription or over-the-counter), vitamins, dietary supplements, herbal remedies, protein powders, probiotics; personal hygiene items such as toothpaste, mouthwash, deodorants, shampoos, conditioners, body washes, soaps, lotions, creams, sunscreens, acne treatments, hair dyes, nail polishes, razors, shaving creams; beauty and grooming products like cosmetics (lipsticks, foundations, mascaras, eyeliners), perfumes, colognes, essential oils, etc.
- **Food and Perishable Goods:** Candies, chocolates, gummies, snacks, nuts, dried fruits, energy bars, cookies, crackers, cereals, instant noodles, spices, teas, coffees, beverages (juices, sodas, energy drinks), baby food, pet treats, edible oils, sauces, condiments, etc. (due to spoilage, tampering risks, and FDA hygiene standards).
- **Digital and Redeemable Products:** Downloadable software, e-books, music files, video games, app codes, gift cards, vouchers, serial keys, activation codes, NFTs, virtual currency, streaming subscriptions, etc. (no refunds post-download or redemption).
- **Customized or Personalized Items:** Engraved jewelry, custom-printed apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, mugs), monogrammed accessories, bespoke artwork, tailored clothing, 3D-printed models, photo books, personalized puzzles, etc. (made to order per your specifications).
- **Hazardous or Restricted Materials:** Flammable liquids (paints, solvents, fuels), aerosols (hairsprays, insecticides), batteries (lithium-ion, alkaline), chemicals (cleaners, adhesives, fertilizers), sharp tools (knives, scissors without protective casing), explosives, fireworks, etc. (prohibited by eBay and US shipping regulations like USPS/DOT).
- **Electronics and Tech After 7 Days:** Computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, monitors, cameras, drones, smart home devices (thermostats, bulbs, plugs), audio equipment (headphones, speakers), gaming consoles, accessories (cases, cables, memory cards), etc.
- **Final Sale Items:** Clearance/discounted products (>50% off), collectibles (trading cards, coins, stamps, figurines, comics), seasonal/holiday items (ornaments, decorations), underwear, swimwear, hosiery, used/opened bedding (sheets, pillows), jewelry (earrings, piercings), books (damaged or annotated), DVDs/CDs (opened), etc.
- **Other Restricted Categories:** Live plants/seeds, animals (fish, insects), weapons (replicas or airsoft), tobacco/vaping products, alcohol, medical devices (thermometers, blood pressure cuffs), etc.

For non-returnable items with proven defects, refunds are limited to the item's cost (excluding shipping/taxes), and we disclaim liability for consequential damages (e.g., allergic reactions, misuse injuries).

- Items must be returned in **like-new, unused condition** (100% original packaging, tags/labels intact, seals unbroken, all accessories/manuals included, no odors/stains/scratches). Any deviation results in full denial or deduction.
- You must provide **high-resolution photos/videos** (at least 5 angles, including close-ups of seals and any alleged issues) at the time of request. Failure to do so voids the claim.
- **Shipping Responsibility:** Buyer pays all return shipping costs (tracked and insured). Use the prepaid label provided via eBay if approved; otherwise, ship to our US warehouse at your expense. Wingdom.USA is not liable for lost/damaged returns in transit—insure at your risk.
- **Fees and Deductions:**
  - **Restocking Fee:** 25% of item value for opened/unsealed items; 50% for perishables or high-risk categories.
  - **Damage/Condition Fee:** Up to 100% if returned item is soiled, incomplete, or repackaged poorly (we inspect upon receipt).
  - **Late/Non-Compliant Fee:** 30% if past the return window or without required proof.
  - Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Refunds process only after inspection (3-10 business days). Issued via eBay (original payment method), minus fees. No cash/check refunds.
