• We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to the U.S. regardless of price (under/over USD 2,500).
• Import duties & customs clearance fees are prepaid by us. You will not be charged at delivery.
• Swiss-made items: Duties are prepaid at the current rate (recent estimate for Swiss-made watch parts is ~52% of the item price).
• Sales tax: Any state sales tax collected by eBay is handled at checkout and is separate from DDP.
• We do not under-declare values or mark items as “gifts.”

Outside the U.S.

• Import duties/taxes/clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping.

Returns / Cancellations

• Accepted when there is an obvious issue not described; please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
• If returned for reasons not our fault, non-recoverable import/clearance costs and shipping may be deducted from the refund.
