This is an authentic Bay Harbor Bells by Rome double-sided painted metal buoy sign. It has a screw at the bottom where it was attached to the buoy. It has scratches and some rust spots but it is a nice, heavy piece. Size is 11.75" X 7.75" not counting the screw.
