For test takers, this blue book is the book that you need for the current electrical exam. The old yellow book is out of date and does not correspond to the State's RCW/WAC portion of the test.
There may be confusion as to why people may still be purchasing the yellow book--because they think the RCW/WAC part of the test is related to the 2020 NEC. The RCW/WAC part of your electrical exam is totally unrelated to the 2020 NEC parts of the test.
