combined. If you pay for an item I will have to ship seperately as 

ebay will not allow two items to have the same tracking number.

There is a coffee cup stain on the lower left of the front cover. 

The staples have rusted (see photos). 

Included is a loose sheet with an index of manufacturers on the back 

side an envelope is stuck (see photo). It may come off with something 

like "Goo-Gone" but I'll leave that decision to the buyer.
