About Us

MadMolly Trading is a small family business, offering quality gifts and homeware products to the whole family from 62 suppliers worldwide, with anything from funky keyrings to pop up 'Street Tennis' sets; from luxurious Bath House offerings to many fabulous garden and party buntings. The wooden toys are still a part of our range, in the form of Orange Tree Toys and Bajo, a new fabulous supplier based in Poland offering ingenious and strikingly colourful toys for smaller children.

We sell across Europe and the Rest of the World as more people exploit the internet for shopping and postal systems improve, although the UK is the main market for us.

We are trying our best on buying expeditions to reduce our dependence on China and to focus more on some talented and creative UK suppliers such as Just Slate Company & Linda MacDonald Jewellery.

Shipping

Once an order has been placed and paid for, it will be despatched within 1 working day. If the order is received by 2.30pm it will be despatched the same day. Within the UK, we use Royal Mail post for all deliveries with a value up to £50. Orders £50 are generally despatched via 48hour courier. We aim to keep all items in stock, but should an error occur we will contact you direct offering either a full refund, or give you an expected delivery date.

International deliveries are sent either by Royal Mail International Signed For or Courier - both will need a signature on arrival as they are tracked from here to you.

Next Day Delivery within UK

We now offer next day delivery but can only guarantee it for orders placed before 12 noon (Mon - Thurs) to be delivered by noon the following day (Tues - Fri). If you require next day delivery after 12 noon we will do our utmost to help but cannot guarantee delivery. Please contact us direct via eBay messages if you require an item urgently.
