All domestic orders will be shipped out within 48 hours after payment has been received,
excluding weekends and holidays. For international orders, please allow an additional 1 business day for processing.

International buyers please contact us for shipping quotes.

In the event of lost or damaged shipments, please contact the assigned shipping
company and file a claim immediately. (Subject to the company’s terms and conditions).

Average delivery time for international shipments is approximately 7-14
business days from the ship day. It may take longer depending on foreign customs procedures.

Import tax & duty and/or broker fees are the sole responsibilities of the buyer.

We DO NOT ship to PO BOX addresses or C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery).
