Glycool coolants are produced in both concentrate and premix formulations for easy use and
convenience. They are premium anti-freeze and anti-boil coolants based on carboxylate technology and
contain no silicates, borates, phosphates, nitrites, nitrates or amines. Glycool coolants are suitable for
use in automotive and heavy-duty diesel engines.
Containing a double-layer inhibitor package, Glycool coolants are a true long-drain coolant technology
with exceptional anti-corrosion protection properties.
Glycool coolants protect all metals found in cooling systems and give
excellent protection against cavitation, erosion and wet-sleeve liner
pitting. They significantly increase the operating life of water pumps
and exceed corrosion performance levels, such as the Australian Standard
AS2108.1-2004 and numerous performance specifications set by
OEMs, including Ford & GMH.
Glycool coolants have a service life of up to 10 years / 800,000
kilometres in automotive applications and up to 6 years / 600,000
kilometres or 6,000*hrs in heavy-duty diesels. This has obvious
environmental advantages as a result of fewer coolant changes. They
are completely safe on hoses or gaskets.
