Tips for buying:
- All parts sold are intended for the Australian delivered right hand drive market. We cannot gaurantee fitment of parts for imported / overseas model vehicles.- When determining which side part you require, it is always determined from sitting in the drivers seat looking forward - LH, LHS, Left Hand, Near side etc. is the passenger side of vehicle and RH, RHS, Right Hand, Off side etc. is the drivers side of vehicle.
- If you are at all unsure whether you are purchasing the correct part, or are at all unsure whether the part is correct for your vehicle, please contact us first.
- Make sure you read the part item details, title and description, side, year, make, model etc information to make sure you are purchasing the correct part.
- Never assume that a part being purchased will include another part (e.g. if power steering pump will come with hoses etc.) always contact us first with any queries.

Pick Up:
All parts purchased off our website will be available for pickup from our address in Southport on the Gold Coast, QLD during business hours. You will receive an automated SMS / Email message once your order is ready to pickup.
Shipping:
Once payment has been made, we aim to ship your order the next business day, however dispatch times can take up to 3 business days. All our orders are shipped with a tracking#, insurance and signature on delivery by default.
Returns:
- Electrical products are non returnable, so please make sure you have diagnosed your issue correctly and have compared part numbers, models etc. to your original part before purchasing any electrical product. If you are unsure whether a part is correct for your application, please contact us first before purchasing.
- All other "Non-Electrical" product returns accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as item has not been fitted / painted or altered in any way since purchase.
- Southport Auto Recyclers do not cover any return postage.
- Refund will be given minus the cost of our original postage + 15% restocking charge.
Warranty:
- All electrical products comes with a 30 day replacement only warranty unless otherwise stated.
- All other mechanical products come with a 90 day replacement only warranty unless otherwise stated.
- Our warranty covers the replacement of the original part only and does NOT cover any labour, fitting or other expenses. Our liability under no circumstances will exceed the original purchase cost of the purchased products. All products we sell are intended to be fitted by a qualified professional and warranty will be void due to improper installation or modification.
