Used and Working. I have several of these. I'm working on getting them all tested. If it's showing out of stock drop me a note and I can see if I can get another one tested and listed in a couple days. This particular one seems to work fine and is putting out full power and all it just doesn't have any white noise in the background regardless of the squelch position etc. It's not in the prettiest condition either.

All items are sold as pictured. No local pickup. I try to ship within 24 hours when possible but will always ship within 2 business days.

Most of my listings are 'Standard Shipping' which in my case could mean USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. It all depends on who is giving eBay the best shipping deals at the moment.

Most items are thrift store/estate sale items so I may not know a lot about them or their history. But always feel free to ask any questions. I'll answer as best I can.

We're often out of town on weekends and responses may be slow particularly March - October as it is camping season in MN and I may or may not have internet.
