TERMS OF SERVICE - PURCHASES / PAYMENTS / REFUNDS:

* Purchase includes only the items mentioned directly under the above "PURCHASE INCLUDES" section.  No other video game-related materials are included.
* For auctions, payment is due within 4 calendar days of winning or an eBay case for unpaid item(s) will be opened.
* For offers, payment is due immediately when making an offer or accepting an offer from us, or an eBay case for unpaid item(s) will be opened.
* For sealed items, no refunds will be offered if packaging or item is opened, damaged, swapped or tampered with.
* For used items, a reduction in refund will be applied if packaging or item is damaged, swapped or tampered with.

TERMS OF SERVICE - SHIPPING (WITHIN THE US ONLY):

* We do offer combined shipping (within the United States only) on orders of multiple items.  To receive consolidated shipping (within the United States only), you must request an invoice in checkout; otherwise, total shipping paid by buyer will be retained by us.
* Orders will be shipped to the address that is used to pay for the item(s).  No switching/alternative addresses will be acknowledged by us and any requests to do so received through direct messaging or buyer's notes will result in the order being cancelled immediately.
* Orders will be shipped 1 business day after payment has been received.  No delayed shipping date/hold requests will be acknowledged by us and any requests to do so received through direct messaging or buyer's notes will result in the order being cancelled immediately.  
* The buyer is responsible for any means of holding packages at their local destination post/delivery office if delayed delivery is required.
* We ship Monday through Friday via USPS/UPS with tracking.  Orders received on Friday after 12:00 PM PDT will be shipped out the following Monday if not a holiday; otherwise, order will ship out next available business day thereafter.

TERMS OF SERVICE - SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL):

* Listings with "free shipping" are only for within the United States to eBay's Global Shipping Program locations.
* All import fees/taxes are to be paid by the buyer.  The seller is not responsible for theses costs.
* All destination country delivery service related fees/costs are to be paid buy the buyer.  The seller is not responsible for these costs.
* Requests for specific delivery services within the destination country will not be acknowledged by us.  The buyer is responsible for setting up desired delivery services within the destination country.
