The LEGO 40222 24-in-1 Christmas Build-Up was a 250-piece Seasonal set released in 2016. It is also called "24-In-1 Christmas Builds, Holiday Countdown Calendar" and is an advent calendar that consists of 24 models, each with a winter or Christmas theme. It was retired in February of 2019 and is very rare and hard to find in NEW condition.

This LEGO set has been safely stored in my cool, dry, smoke-free, pet-free home since I got it. I am the original and only owner. Please contact me with any questions or concerns BEFORE you buy.
