The Haltech HT-049902 IO 12 Expander Flying Lead Harness is the ideal cable solution for extending your IO 12 expander box in motorsport or custom ECU setups. With 8 ft of pre-terminated wiring, it provides plenty of reach and flexibility for routing through the engine bay or chassis. It’s purpose-built to work with both Box A and Box B configurations of Haltech’s IO 12 expander modules.
Installation is straightforward: connect each colored wire to the matching circuit or CAN line in your CANbus network. Because the harness is a flying lead (not rigid connectors), you can adapt it to your vehicle’s layout without being constrained by fixed plugs. It’s built to survive automotive conditions, with quality insulation and signal integrity in mind. Suitable for tuners, motorsport builds, and custom wiring harness applications.
