Document is well preserved considering it's age. Signed 1799 December 18th.  from a non-smoking environment. Paper has gotten darker from age. And it is very thin. It has couple holes at the crease.  And it seems to be missing original seals. But other then that it looks very nice.  It is more then 200 year old after all.
