If you purchase additional flex from our store at the same time, we'll provide one continuous length to perfectly suit your space.

Free shipping is via Royal Mail 48 business tracked to UK buyers and arrives to your door in about 3-5 business days.
Overseas takes about 6-14 via Royal Mail Airmail / International mail.

Express Shipping methods are available at checkout for most items.

We understand sometimes you may want to cancel your order or you may change your mind; therefore, if you receive items that you do not want, you can return them for an exchange or refund - please refer to our Return Policy for procedures. Returns Policy

At Repaireum we try to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase experience, however we accept that despite all our best efforts sometimes items can get damaged in transit or quite simply you, the buyer, may change your mind. We request you contact us within fourteen days from time of receipt of any intention to return an item to us.
Please use the eBay resolution facility to open a case requesting an item return and provide as much detail as possible. We will then supply full instruction on how to proceed and where to return the item.
The item must be returned within sixteen days of opening a return case. This gives you a total of thirty days in total to open a case and return an item.
Should the item prove to be faulty we will reimburse all reasonable return costs provided the item is in our possession within the thirty days, thereafter it will be at our discretion.
If you simply change your mind and wish to return the item then you must bear the return postage cost.
Please ensure the item is in the same condition as you received it. In the case of damage in transit, provide as much detail as possible including photographs of packaging to assist us in making an insurance claim against the shipping company.
In all cases, for whatever the reason, we will return the full item cost including your original postage and packaging paid.
We do not charge any restocking fees or penalties. Refunded monies will be via the same method as your original payment and will be processed within two working days of receipt of the returned item.

Does Repaireum have a physical store? Can I pick up the order in person?: Yes, we do have a physical store so orders can be picked up in person; see our contact details for our address.
Where is my order posted from?: All orders are shipping from Blackwood, Caerphilly, South Wales unless specified otherwise.
I didn't receive my order, what do I do now?: Please note that normal transit time for UK orders with standard shipping is 3 to 5 business days but you can select Next-Day at the checkout.
For International orders, it usually takes 7 to 14 business days (could be longer depending on location and custom regulation).
