Physical Description: On the obverse of this coin, the bust of a young Lady Liberty is shown in a left-facing profile. The designer's initials, "AW," for Adolph Weinman, are located to the right of Liberty's neck. On the reverse, it depicts a fasces, a Roman symbol of authority that resembles a bundle of rods tied around an axe head. The pristine sharpness of the strike on this coin lead to the "Full Bars" designation, since the rods in the fasces are so crisp and fully present. The fasces is wrapped in an olive branch, symbolizing peace. This coin is a beautiful blast white with mint luster. *There are no scuffs on the coin, anything seen is on the slab not the coin!**
