Return of USED items Policy
Returned items must be in the same condition as sold.
All components, accessories, and documentation originally included must be returned.
Items returned with excessive wear, missing parts, or damaged may be subject to a partial refund or restocking fee.
Wrong items returned or un-repairable or unusable items are not accepted for return / refund.

Return of NEW items Policy
New sealed in box items can only be returned for full refund if unopened.  A restocking fee will apply to any NEW item that is returned opened.
New items returned in used condition or damaged will be subject to a restocking fee.

Product Registration
For NEW items, in order to validate a serial number or register the product. The buyer must provide the information requested on the manufacturer's web site for registering the product. 
For example Western Digital (WD) (Now SanDisk) require and specify the following: "If you do not have a valid receipt, please photograph your product front & back and upload photographs." Please note that this step is extremely important because not all serial numbers can be validated with the online serial number tool.

Our Cancellation Policy
Buyer may request cancellation of orders.  We can usually cancel orders within 16 hrs of purchase.  After 24 hours it becomes less likely your order can be cancelled.  
Also, rarely we may need to contact you through eBay to clarify details about an item or purchase.  We may need to contact you if there was a listing error or to offer a equal substitution or upgrade if a part is out of stock or failed during final test phase (pre-shipping).  Note that failure to respond to our request for clarification or additional information will be handled as you requesting cancellation of your order. If you did not purchase a system but accidentally purchased an item that is exclusively sold as an add-on part to a system then your order will be handled as though you requested cancellation of your order.
