Blades work smoothly, however, as shown in the first two photos above, there is damage to the edge of the lens frame, however, this does not affect the lens itself.
Note: I have not tested this lens and make no warranties as to its functionality. I purchased it to have as a display model for my collection and I am selling it for the same purpose, as a display piece.
