- Original packaging must be intact and used for return shipping
- No oil contamination or installation attempts
- Buyer responsible for 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs
- Defective units must be reported within 7 days of receipt
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON: Installed turbochargers, units with oil contamination, or physical damage from handling/installation.
