Pull lever assembly is not included. This listing is for a WHITE 83834 toilet tank lid. If you are unsure of your color, we can mail you actual sample color chips. The measurements on the very outside edges is 17 3/4" x 8 1/4".  Your tank should be about 15 3/4 x 7.
