It contains patterns and instructions to make sleeveless A-line dress designed by Federico Forquet of Italy.

It is for size 12 to fit 34 inch bust, 25 1/2 inch waist and 36 inch hips.

This is a used pattern, it has been cut and checked that all pieces are included.

This 1969 pattern comes complete with 6 pattern pieces, instructions and original pattern envelope.

It is in excellent condition with some creasing and wear to the pattern envelope.
