The sticker on bottom says Erzgebirgische Volkskunst Seiffen Made in Germany by Handarbeit (handmade), Erzebirge region of Germany, specifically Seiffen, known for its traditional folk art, especially wooden figures. It comes in two pieces the chair and Oma (grandmother in German) figure. Measures 5.25" Tall x 4.75" L x 3" W. The glasses can be removed, there is a slit on her nose where the glasses fit. A nice addition to your collection.
Some light wear to paint, the sticker is loose on bottom of chair, it has been used to burn incense as can be seen from residue on metal plate on chair. See photos for details.
