Leitz #13352 X combination hood and polarizing filter in box as shown. While the polarizing material (?) is very clear with a slight neutral density effect it has no polarizing effect at all. Makes us wonder if the oft-decayed polarizing material has been replaced with a neutral density filter. If so there is no sign of it, no cobbling or some such.
