Every card here is microSDHC, which just about any device can read, including older ones. The format is FAT32, which will not take a single file over 4GB.
SanDisk Ultra microSD cards are made for photos, files, music and everyday video. They are not built for 4K recording, so if you are buying for an action camera, dash cam or drone that shoots 4K, look for a card rated U3 or V30, like a SanDisk Extreme or Extreme PRO.
On a Windows PC, on game consoles and on many cameras, 128GB shows up as about 119GB. Nothing is missing. Those devices count a gigabyte as 1,024 megabytes, while the manufacturer counts it as 1,000. It is the same number of bytes, measured in a bigger unit, so the figure comes out about 7% smaller. Apple devices count the way the manufacturer does, so there the number matches the label.
