Department 56 Merry Makers - Percy the Pudding-A-Bringer #9388-2.  Issued in 1994 and retired in 1996.   Measures approximately 3 3/4" tall x 2 1/2" wide x 3" deep not holding the pudding.  I could not get the piece to stand up while holding the pudding.  It will stand up when not holding the pudding.  There is a small tear at the flap and original price sticker.   Please review all the photos.
