Cooking Method :

1) Heat the oil until a moderate heat.

2) Add a pack of Prawn Fritter Flour (200g) in a bowl.

3) Mix Prawn Fritter Flour with 225ml of water.

Gradually pour in the water during mixing, until mixed well.

4) When oil is hot, drop in the Prawn Fritter Flour with a spoon to give the shape that you prefer.

5) Drain the Prawn Fritter Flour when colour is golden brown.

Serve best when hot.
