This ladies hunting whip features a partridge wood fritz handle, with a silver corner furnshing & crown, both hallmarked for:
'London 1908'

There is a maker's mark on the silver: 
'E.B' 
For the London-based walking stick manufacturer:  
'E Blumenstein & Co (Emma Blumenstein)' 

The whip has a partridge wood shaft and a professionally replaced plaited brown leather end, lash, and cord end. 

A stylish whip, ideal for use or a collector.
