How it works in real life
Screw the cap onto any 38-400 thread bottle until snug — the foam liner forms a contact seal against the bottle rim immediately. Flip the top to open, squeeze the bottle to dispense, flip closed to stop the flow. The yellow color matches our 8 oz honey bear so the replacement looks identical to the original.

The 38-400 thread is an industry-standard finish — this cap fits the 8 oz plastic honey bear and any other 38-400 thread bottle. Not compatible with smaller threads (24-410, 28-400) or larger (43-485, 53-400). If you're unsure, check your bottle's neck finish before ordering. How does the foam liner seal?
Screw the cap on snugly and the foam liner forms a contact seal against the bottle rim immediately. No curing time required.
Is this cap tamper-evident?
No — it's a functional foam seal, not a tamper-evident barrier. If you need tamper-evidence, add a shrink band or tamper sticker over the cap.
Can I use this with hot honey or hot-fill bottling?
PP is heat-stable to about 250°F, but the matching PET bottles are not. Don't hot-fill above 140°F.
